Get Started
You will need to re-register for bank-by-phone. You can do so by calling one of the bank-by-phone numbers: (773) 376-6106 and (800) 929-9444. Please note, that if you have multiple memberships, all accounts will now be under one consolidated profile.
Instructions to Register:
When prompted:
- 1. Enter the last 6 digits of social security number.
- 2. Press the * key to enroll.
- 3. Enter your full social security number.
- 4. Enter your 5-digit zip code.
- 5. Create a new 4-digit pin
- 6. Confirm your 4-digit pin
When you check your deposit or loan balances, you will now hear your account number followed by a code representing the type of account. All deposit codes will start with an S and all loan codes will start with an L. For example, your checking account balance would be read starting with [your account number] and then the code S-0008 or S-0009. Please reach out with any questions.
